HVOF Spray Systems
HVOF (High – Velocity Oxy – Fuel) is a thermal spray technology. It utilizes the combustion of oxygen and fuel (such as propane, propylene, hydrogen, etc.) to generate a high-temperature and high-velocity flame jet. The fuel and oxygen are mixed and combusted in a special spray gun, and the resulting flame jet can reach supersonic speeds.

Know more about the HVOF process technology
HVOF is a process using kerosene or hydrogen fuel mixed with oxygen ,and using nitrogen as a carrier to feed the powdered form coating material through the gun.
The fuel is adequately mixed with oxygen inside the gun, and ignited outside the gun.The coating material is surrounded by the ignited gas ,and being uniform heated and turning soften under the high temperature flame(approx. 2800°C) when it exit the gun ,and coating onto the sprayed surface under supersonic speed(400-800m/s).

NiCrBSiFe(NI60) coating
• Self-fluxing type alloy • Good corrosion and wear properties • May be blended with a carbide and applied via spray/fuse process • Serviceable up to 1500°F (816°C)
Tungsten Carbide coating
• Excellent low-temperature wear properties • Dense, hard coating with marginal oxidation and corrosion resistance • Useful up to 900°F (482°C)
APT Creping blade
The wrinkling blade developed by apt is sprayed with tungsten carbide coating on the blade, which greatly improves the wear resistance of the blade and thus greatly improves the service life.
